Finally got the parts for the type R engine
Full gasket kit including stem seals, crank seals, head gasket etc(every seal) Piston rings and ARP head stud kit.
Once i get this done i’m more than likely gona sell it or break it. After christmas im going looking for an old BMW E30.
All going well, see how bad the next budget is going to affect me and get either an s50 M3 engine( 3.2 ltr 6cyl) or a 4 ltr v8 from an m5 and stick it in the E30. This is gona be my next daily driver. Total blacked out 80′s BMW painted by yours truly. Fucking epic

how about a bmw 2002 or a 1602? touring if you could find it, turbo the old m10 and when you’ve gotten bored of it, sell it and get all your money back and then some. Classic car appreciation is awesome, granted e30 are classic’s but you’d have to hold onto it for a lot longer.

Na i like the E30′s, wouldn’t mind the touring E30 either, slammed, and all black with a good LSD and good engine. Sorted
E30′s are classic insurance. Ya FWD’s are shit, sick of them already….
